Governance, Board Development, and Facilitation
I bring a wealth of hands-on experience supporting and guiding non-profit boards. Over the years, I’ve facilitated strategic planning sessions both as an external advisor and as a CEO, helping boards align on vision and priorities. I’ve served at both the Director and Executive levels, contributing to operational, fundraising, and governance committees.
As a former CEO of a local non-profit, I know firsthand what it means to work with and answer to a Board of Directors, and I understand the dynamics that make boards effective. With a strong grounding in governance models, I’m skilled at creating space for open dialogue, building connections, and bringing diverse voices together to find common ground and move forward with clarity.
Facilitated Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement
I help organizations navigate tough conversations and turn challenges into opportunities. My experience includes guiding groups through touch point analysis, client journey mapping, and process mapping to bring clarity and uncover ways to improve how things work.
I also lead visioning and scenario planning sessions that spark ideas, encourage collaboration, and help teams imagine what’s possible. At the heart of my work is creating a supportive space where people feel heard, solutions come into focus, and everyone can move forward with confidence.

I believe leadership isn’t about titles—it’s a choice we make every day. With extensive training and experience as a facilitator, I focus on helping teams and organizations build cultures where leadership can grow at every level.

I help individuals and groups put their passion into action by identifying and removing the barriers that stand in the way of meaningful change.
